Comment: An 8 MP camera with 4X optical zoom and 2X digital zoom with image stabilization and face detection technology, all available at a below $300 price is all that I can ask for in a point and shoot camera. The pictures are flawless, even during low lights. Several shooting modes are available, more than a normal user would utilize. It is light in weight and easy to carry in your pocket.

If you're looking for an awesome quality point and shoot digital camera at a low price, look no further. This camera has it all and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Great point and shoot
Comment: I have really enjoyed this camera. Most of the positive reviews are true. You seem to get quite a bit of red-eye, but the camera has a built in red eye removal. In addition, you can program the one button above the circle. I've had two Casio Exilim and this is a much better camera. Picture quality is decent in bright light. Does have issues indoors with less light, but that's expected. I like the 4x zoom. This camera does what I need. Can't tell much about the IS, and haven't played with much of the settings.

Comment: This camera takes amazing pictures from both near and far. The image stabilizer is great when taking pictures on the go or if you're shooting moving objects. I would highly recommend getting at least a 2GB memory card (approx. 1000 pictures). The Kingston 2GB works great with this camera and is very inexpensive. I would recommend this product to anyone not looking to spend tons of money on a camaera, but also want one that takes terrific pictures.
