Comment: For a first camera I wanted something that was fairly simple and cheap. My chief interest is in exchanging pictures online with my family. Getting the Kodak brand was a definite plus in my book. Actually this camera has surpassed my expectations. It actually has more capabilities and in addition is easier to use than I expected. Like anything in the real world, there is a learning curve, but nothing deep, dark and intimidating.

Comment: So far, I have been very pleased with this camera. It's very user friendly -- anyone can just point and shoot it. It's lightweight, which makes it easy to carry when you're traveling. If what you're looking for is a simple digital camera that delivers nice photos easily, then this would be a good buy.

Summary: Very Easy to Use, But...
Comment: ... make sure you use the right setting. I took pictures indoors with the normal setting, and everything came out darker than I remember the room actually being. If you're indoors in average/fairly bright lighting, I suggest using the low-light setting.
Other than that, I'm quite pleased. The product performed as advertised. Easy to use, good pictures, 7mp (good for printing) ... I like it, and the price was right.
Just be more alert than I was.

The batteries don't seem to last long though. Good quality pictures.
Delay between pressing the button and shutter speed.
